Full Holiday Let Managment
Our Full Holiday Let Management service is where we will take on all aspects of managing your holiday let investment, while you sit back, relax, and receive a detailed financial report and breakdown, as well as your revenue at the end of each month.
Our fee is 15% of each booking (after booking platforms commission).
We take care of everything including:
Initial property set up
Advertising the property on our website, Airbnb, Booking.com, Trip
Advisor, VRBO our Instagram page, and our Facebook Page.
Taking photos of the property
Securing bookings
24/7 guest support
Arranging cleaning and change overs for before/after guests stay including providing and laundering linen
Providing guest essentials such as tea, coffee, cleaning supplies, soap,
washing up liquid, toilet roll, bin bags etc
Creating property manual and welcome packs for guests
Arranging contractors for property maintenance if required
Guest extras (such as rose petals, a bottle of bubbly, birthday banners, etc)
